I learned Transcendental Meditation at 12, experienced endorphin rushes as a distance runner and bodybuilder in my late teens through 40s, explored integrated healing approaches as a massage therapist in the 90s, and have spent over 30 years working with people as a pastor. My own journey as a partner, parent, pastor and person in recovery enables me to accompany people on their journey within, guide them through personal or vocational changes, and teach practices like Centering Prayer and Lectio Divina.

Listening, asking questions, and connecting people with resources for spiritual growth, I help spiritual seekers discern their way forward with an awareness of the deep and ancient contemplative stream of spirituality found in all spiritual and religious traditions.
